We are always looking for strong performing, high character team members. Below you will find the job description of a couple positions in our organization. Project Superintendent Apply Now
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day onsite supervision of the construction project. Project Superintendents are under the supervision of the Director of Construction and must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at a distance. Each Project Superintendent must have the construction experience and knowledge to coordinate and perform the physical work necessary to keep a project on schedule. The Superintendent must be a person of high moral standing, responsible, reliable and honest. They must show self control and a comfort and experience in working with church leaders.
Foreman/Crew Member Apply Now
Foremen/Crew Members are under the direct supervision of the Project Superintendent. Foremen are the heart of the company and should produce at a high level in terms of speed and quality. Foremen should be able to complete certain jobs such as roofing and siding with little or no supervision. The position generally requires Foremen to stay overnight at the location of the project Monday-Friday each week.
